IMPORTANT UPDATE: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
In view of the UK Government's advice yesterday relating to the Corona virus, Bournemouth Little Theatre Club's Committee agreed to close the Theatre to the public with immediate effect.
This means postponing our productions of Things I Know To Be True and Playhouse Creatures as well as the benefit concert planned by Five Flash Folk.
Our hearts go out, particularly to the cast and director of Things I Know To Be True, who have worked so hard to get their play ready for production in what would have been less than two weeks. We thank them all and are sure you will join in supporting them by coming to see the play when it is rescheduled.
In addition, The Improvised Play Company's Unpredictive Text and ImpAct's Nightfall are also postponed.
All will be rescheduled as soon as the Government relaxes its stance on social interaction, such that the Theatre may re-open. We will let you know when we are in this position, and the dates of rescheduling at that point.
From a ticket perspective, those of you who booked with Tickets Source will receive a credit to the card with which you booked and Sue Hyder will contact those who booked with her regarding refunds or carry forwards.
As you are aware, BLTC is a Registered Charity which does not receive funding, it relies on income from plays to keep going. If you are in a position to do so, please consider donating the cost of your all or some of your ticket to help us over this challenging time.
We hope all of you stay healthy, remain medically unaffected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) virus, and that we see you again before too long.
